Dear sir/madam, I was traveling thru Senai Airport on the 21 Sep 08 evening, and my wife had dropped her bracelet at the airport and couldn't find it. While waiting for our flight, 2 personel came over and passed the lost bracelet to her. I would like to provide my thanks and appreciation to the 2 people (which I did not get their names) for being so helpful and honest. Thank you again.

I find the services by En Ramli, the Terminal Manager at the Senai Airport very commendable. He was exceptionally friendly, courteous, helpful and willing to take the extra mile to give his assistance to me when I was caught in an unforeseen circumstances. He has certainly demonstrated our truly warm Malaysian hospitality. Thumbs-up to you, En Ramli!

Saya sangat teruja dengan layanan kakitangan Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd terutamanya kakitangan di bahagian kargo. Saya mengalami masaalah sewaktu hendak mengambil kargo di Senai Cargo Terminal tempoh hari. Keprihatinan yang ditunjukkan oleh warga kerja Senai Cargo Terminal membantu saya mengeluarkan kargo dengan mudah. I have travelled the world and visited many international airports. None of them can match the ambience and warmth which your restroom design projects!

In many well-known airports in Asia, their restrooms are just basic and unattractive.

Well done Senai International Airport! Do continue to upgrade the other areas of your airport to be as attractive as your great restrooms!

I was a passenger at the airport just 2 to 3 months ago. I was lost and didn't know where to go, so I went to the information counter to ask for some information. To my surprise the customer service assistants were extremely helpful, polite and kind. They really made me feel at ease, because all my questions were answered. I want to say a big thank you and keep up the good work.

Syabas diucapkan kepada Senai Airport kerana pengurusan dan perkhidmatan yang dapat diberikan kepada pelanggannya. Saya rasa bangga sebagai rakyat Malaysia kerana Senai Airport dapat bersaing dengan saingannya di era globalisasi. Cuma ada sedikit kekurangan di mana perkhidmatan wireless broadband yang diberikan , dikenakan bayaran seolah-olah di cyber cafe sedangkan pelanggan Senai Airport menggunakan perkhidmatan ini dengan menggunakan Laptop mereka sendiri. Apa yang saya harapkan pihak Senai Airport dapat memberikan perkhidmatan ini dengan lebih murah dan percuma. Terima Kasih

Good planning, compared to the last 10 years ago. As an Air Cargo Agent operating at Senai , I am very proud of this improvement, and this makes our daily operation routine much more easier. No doubt that Senai Airport had made a lot of positive and visible improvements whether on its infrastructure, facilities or services, but I would like to say that there is still a lot of space for improvements.

Recently, the government had announced the mega plan of Iskandar Development Region (Southern Johor Economic Region) and I hope a more comprehensive, proper efficient and user friendly public transport system will be implemented from various parts of JB or even Kulai in order to reach the airport in the fastest and most comfortable manner. So that the airport will not only serve as a place where people take their flights but at the same time it serves as a favourite destination for the locals just like the International Central Airport in Japan. At the Central Airport in Japan, it is connected with local subway and public buses. At the same time, it has all kinds of shopping, entertainment and dining environment and furthermore it has a beautiful and romantic park, with easy access, a fast subway and good bus service. This will effectively persuade the local community to converge at the airport especially during weekends.

At the same time, the airport has also prepared a very nice and user friendly platform for anyone who like to view flight take-offs and landings.
This will directly or indirectly generate a much higher revenue for the airport and also greatly improve the popularity and image of the airport. I hope one day JB will have its own subway system and it will be connected to the airport so that Senai Airport will serve more than just as an airport.

So I hope the airport authority will convey this message to the Johor government and that a comprehensive, fast, frequent and user friendly public transport will be connected between Kulai and many parts of JB. Thank you!

Jesteru itu pasukan polis dan bomba airport serta kelengkapan harus juga ditambah & dinaiktaraf sewajarnya selaras dengan perkembangan dan kemajuan airport demi keselamatan orang ramai dan mampu merangkumi keseluruhan airport dan runway kapal terbang. Pengambilan staff-staff baru dari kalangan yang lebih berpengalaman harus dibuat bagi memantapkan dan dimanfaatkan pada Senai Airport terminal ini. Pasukan ini harus mempunyai kepakaran tertentu seperti menyelamat, bijak membuat analisa secara holistik, berani, cekap melawan kebakaran, berkeyakinan dan beramanah. Dengan ini orang ramai dan para pelancung akan lebih yakin dengan tahap keselamatan yang canggih di Senai Airport.
